This 214,000 SF lab and office building is the centerpiece of King Street Property’s Hayden Research Campus. omloop has provided site signage, interior branding, cafe identity, and core and shell code signage. Working closely with the architects, lobby graphics are integrated directly into textured feature walls and internally illuminated raw steel panels. Code and core signage standards were developed and now used on all KSP projects to establish brand continuity.
